We are Local Independent suppliers of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) Landlord Inventories, 3D Floor Plans and Solar Energy Sales advice to the public and commercial sector.
We have been supplying these services since 2006 and have been able to apply a combined total of 65 years experience in Customer related service to the Domestic and Commercial property markets.
We offer personnel, reliable and efficient service to a variety of clients in the Northwest and can advise you on how best to take advantage of the new Government incentives for PV / Solar Heating or Renewable Heat Incentives (RHI) which commenced in July 2011

All our Assessors and Inventory clerks are Fully licensed and accredited with HM Government approved professional bodies and certified members of the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS).
All have undergone stringent CRB checks before being granted their licence and approval to work with us.
All Energy Performance Centre Assessors are fully registered on the HM.Government Licenced Assessors register which can be found at :
This register enables the public to check the Licence Number, Name and Accreditation Company of each individual assessor.
